Quit smoking using CapturedDiscipline time lock safeThe CapturedDiscipline® Safe will help you defeat an unhealthy habit and you will like yourself a whole lot more!

Peer-reviewed articles have shown that when an individual defeats an unhealthy habit there is a significant improvement in physical health (possibly life-saving) and a significant increase in self-confidence.

Watch this video to learn how the creator Tom Hitt has defeated his own unhealthy habits using Captured Discipline®:

time lock safeThe CapturedDiscipline® 3.5 time-lock safe is a solid steel digital safe that limits access to items that are unhealthy, or can become unhealthy (or fatal) when not used in moderation. The safe works along with the instinctive, intuitive, desired, and repeatable ability of an individual, to voluntarily and irretrievably lock up anything, for any period of time he or she chooses – from 1 minute to 999 days.

The top reasons that individuals purchase and use a CapturedDiscipline® safe to quit smoking are that if you relapse, or think you are about to relapse — with a CapturedDiscipline® safe in your home, you do not have to go out and:

… pay for more of a quit smoking productQuit Smoking with CapturedDiscipline
… pay for being hypnotized again
… pay for laser therapy to quit smoking
… pay for another doctor appointment
… start attending meetings again
… pay for another psychologist appointment
… pay for other alleged quit smoking products

Because, your CapturedDiscipline® safe is bought and paid for. It is right there in your home, available, day or night, should you relapse. You can instantly start fighting again, without having to wait for any of the above. Just take that one pack of cigarettes you just bought, put it in your CapturedDiscipline® safe, set a lock-time that feels right, and start defeating the relapse.

You can capitalize on your own constant ability to produce initial discipline to create as many minutes or hours of CapturedDiscipline® lock-time as you need.

When individuals succeed in defeating an unhealthy habit, there are obvious physical health benefits.

When you quit smoking you can benefit from an increase in self confidence as well.

As is often the case, one of our customers said it better than we could:

“I’ve read many times that it takes an average of 11 quit attempts to quit smoking for good. That’s about what it took me, with my CapturedDiscipline® safe being my final and truly successful quit attempt. AND, my self confidence has gone up a lot. THAT was an unexpected and very good surprise.”

Elizabeth, San Bernardino, California

When you read the article (link below) by Meg Selig in Psychology Today, you will come to this quote:

“Once you have motivators, you can change a habit whether you have self-esteem or not. And successfully changing a habit will actually give you more self-esteem! It’s a virtuous cycle.”

A “virtuous cycle” is a very good thing, and a CapturedDiscipline® safe insures that you have the ability to create virtuous cycles, as often as you want to, as often as you need to.

Ongoing research at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control confirms that tobacco remains the single largest preventable cause of death and disease in the United States.

Cigarette smoking kills at least 480,000 Americans each and every year.

Years ago, 50% of the adults in America smoked. Many of us can remember a time when there were ashtrays all over the house, people smoked inside their homes, in their cars, inside at work, on television, in restaurants, in bars, etc., etc.

Today, America has driven the smoking rate down from that 50% to 18% (43 million individuals, 1 out of every 5.5 adults in the United States).

What words best describe the individuals who make up the remaining 18% of Americans who still smoke?

You might think that they are the hardcore smokers who adamantly say, “I will never quit.”And yet, fully 70% of the remaining smokers in the United States want to quit. That is approximately 29 million individuals who desperately want to quit smoking but have not yet found the quit method that works for them. There are “only” 12 million adults in the United States who don’t want to quit smoking. And, much to their surprise, if a new quit smoking method was discovered, a scientifically proven method that had a higher successful quit rate than all other quit methods, many of these “hardcore” smokers would reconsider their decision to “never quit” smoking.

In the United States, 1 out of every 5 men still smokes.

In the United States, 1 out of every 6 women still smokes.

Is there a new quit method that will work for them? Yes.

The CapturedDiscipline® safe, used with the quit smoking method known as “Scheduled Reduced Smoking” — is the most effective way to quit smoking for the long term … to become, truly, a non-smoker.

Scheduled Reduced Smoking has been scientifically proven to be the most effective way to quit smoking, for the long term … to quit smoking permanently.

Here is a link to and some quotes from the scientific study on Schedule Reduced Smoking: http://psycnet.apa.org/journals/ccp/63/3/388/

“Citation: The effects of smoking schedules on cessation outcome: Can we improve on common methods of gradual and abrupt nicotine (“cold turkey”) withdrawal?

No matter how a smoker quits smoking, he or she faces the possibility of a relapse. However, as stated just above, scientific studies have proven that Scheduled Reduced Smoking has the lowest rate of relapse. These studies took place at the highly respected University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

How to Use Your 3.5 CapturedDiscipline® Safe to become a true Non-Smoker

First, gather up all the cartons and packages of cigarettes in your home. The CapturedDiscipline® will hold at least 4 cartons of cigarettes, and the individual packs that you have open.

Let’s say you are a 2-pack a day smoker – therefore you smoke 40 cigarettes every day. If you sleep 8 hours you are therefore awake for 16 hours … you are awake for 960 minutes. 960 minutes divided by the 40 cigarettes you smoke each day is 24. On average, you smoke a cigarette every 24 minutes.

… The first day you are going to add a minute and smoke a cigarette every 25 minutes. By the end of that day, you will have smoked 38 cigarettes, not your usual 40.

… A CapturedDiscipline® safe allows you to quit smoking while maximizing the use of Scheduled Reduced Smoking.

… A study done at the renowned University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center has proven that the most effective way to quit smoking, permanently, is to use the Scheduled Reduced Smoking technique.

… One of the things that Schedule Reduced Smoking does for you is that it forces you to smoke one cigarette every 25 minutes (38 cigarettes) on the first day, every 26 minutes (37 cigarettes) the 2nd day, every 27 minutes (36 cigarettes) the 3rd day, etc.

… A large part of the reason that Scheduled Reduced Smoking works so effectively is because it helps you break the many “smoking cues” (or “smoking triggers”) that keep you addicted to smoking.

… Here are just a few of the many smoking cues that cause 100’s of millions of people around the world to automatically reach for a cigarette: you must smoke a cigarette before coffee, with coffee, after coffee, to get yourself to poop, while pooping, after pooping, before getting in your car, right after getting out of your car, just before a meal, right after a meal, when someone who irritates the heck out of you calls, when your child brings home poor grades, just before going into work, right after leaving work, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera !!!!

… But, when all your cigarettes are locked up, and a smoking cue comes along, to exercise its power over you — you have no cigarettes to smoke. They are all locked up in your CapturedDiscipline® safe.

… And, steadilly, you will learn to defeat the power of each and every smoking cue that makes you smoke.

… Having a CapturedDiscipline® safe gives you the power to defeat your addiction to nicotine and equally important, beat your psychological addiction to smoking cues – your psychological addiction to smoking.

… A CapturedDiscipline® safe allows you to train your body to do without nicotine, and train your mind not to be controlled by smoking cues.

… Almost all smokers at some point each day, smoke two or three cigarettes back to back to back. A CapturedDiscipline® safe puts an end to that. Your opportunity to chain smoke a little bit each day will be gone.

… A CapturedDiscipline® safe is portable and easy to carry. You can take it to work. You can take it on car trips. You can take it anywhere.

… You probably smoke the most when you’re at home. And when you are at home, you will maximum your use of your CapturedDiscipline® safe.

… When you use your CapturedDiscipline® safe to quit smoking, you are teaching yourself how to physically and psychologically quit smoking.

A word about quitting Cold-Turkey: Most people have tried to quit cold-turkey. The overwhelming majority have failed at trying to quit cold-turkey. Trying to quit cold-turkey is the main reason why the average person attempts to quit 11 times before he or she is successful. Most of the quits attempts that fail are cold-turkey quit attempts.

Why?

Because cold-turkey does not teach you, over time, how to effectively defeat all your smoking cues. Cold-turkey does not teach you, over a period of time, how to succeed at the psychological part of quitting smoking.

When you get down to smoking only 1 to 9 cigarettes a day, that’s when you can just quit. But that is not quitting cold-turkey … because now you are quitting after lots of experience defeating all of your smoking cues.

Many people say to us, “But … when all my cigarettes are locked up, I’ll just go out to the store and buy more.” According to our customers, exactly the opposite is true. Our customers say that the feeling is, the self-talk is … “I’m home, all my cigarettes are in my CapturedDiscipline® safe, it’s working, and I will humiliate myself and embarrass myself if I go out and buy more cigarettes.”

What about taking a pill to quit smoking?

Name the name of a pill that you can take to quit smoking? Most people will name the same company. We think it best that we don’t use their name here.

In our opinion, it is probably advisable that an individual try every other known quit smoking product before swallowing a pill with these possible side effects, (quoted directly from the company’s website, word for word).
