Double steel wall construction: CapturedDiscipline® safes are made of double steel wall construction (not plastic), with a layer of insulation between the two steel walls.

Yes, cell phone charging cords and normal power cords (think televisions, computers … ) can, with the cover of the safe in the up position, can be laid over the top of the right and/or left sides of the safe; the cover then closes comfortably over one or more power cords; and the power cords can not be pulled out of the safe during the countdown of a lock-time.

There are two versions of the CapturedDiscipline® safe. The only difference between the “Standard” safe and the “Piggy Bank” safe is that the Piggy Bank safe has a narrow “Deposit Slot” hand-cut into the right side of the safe. While the safe is locked and counting down the lock-time, the user can still lock up, until the end of the set lock-time: credit cards, debit cards, coins, paper currency ($1 bills, $5 bills, $10 bills, …), etc. Excellent for adults to control an overspending habit; and a genuinely fun and effective way to teach children how to save money.
Want to bolt your CapturedDiscipline® safe to the floor? No problem. The four(4) “feet” on the bottom of the CapturedDiscipline® safe are designed so that the user can easily drill through them and then bolt his or her CapturedDiscipline® safe to the floor of a closet, etc.
10 ways to get rid of (“place”) the key that comes with your safe: We enclose a letter with your CapturedDiscipline® safe that lists 10 specificic suggestions regarding how to “place” the key (that comes with your safe) … so that during times of temptation you will absolutely not be able to get your hands on the key.
