Using a CapturedDiscipline(r) Safe to train for a marathon “run” on Sunday, November 5th:

When I started “running” at 6:55 a.m. this past Sunday morning, I wasn’t sure how the days (before and during) of Hurricane Irma may have effected my body. For starters, I bought LOTS of comfort food for the hurricane, ATE IT ALL, and gained 4.5 lbs (from the 9/3 10-mile run weight).

To my surprise, I had a good 14 mile run; bringing the cumulative miles of training up to 68.7 miles.
