Went out for a short warmup for tomorrow’s goal of 13.1 miles (at a faster pace than last weekend.)  Lost 4.1 lbs. in the last week, thanks to my CapturedDiscipline® safes and to discovering a scrumtious food to add to the food I eat regularly.  Fount it at Costco.  I love Costco.  In the frozen foods section, a black and red box, labeled “Marinated Wild Samon Salmon.”  Six individually wrapped fillets.  $16.99 / 6 = 2.83.  Beats the heck out of going out for unhealthy fast food.  Cook it from frozen for 30 minutes.  That’s it.  Marrinade is yummy and obviously not high in calories.  Total calories: 245.  Had it for breakfast this morning; couldn’t wait for lunch or dinner.   🙂
